Week Four, Day One
When you were a child did you have a safe place? Did you have a special place you could go when you had a bad day or were upset? Who would you go to for comfort? If you had a safe place as a child, you probably don’t have a problem seeing God as your safe place. However, for those of you who didn’t have a safe place as a child, seeing God as a refuge and a source of security may be more difficult.
Psalm 91:1-2 tells us that God is our refuge. Do you picture God as your safe space? Where do you find security in Him? How has God brought you comfort in the past?
