Healthy Thoughts
Week 6, Day 2
Telling ourselves to stop thinking thoughts that are destructive isn’t enough to make us healthy. We must substitute these unhealthy thoughts for healthy thoughts that are life-giving.
-Begin to list your recurring unhealthy thoughts. How does it feel to list them? Is that difficult for you? Why or why not?
-What healthy thoughts can you list to replace the toxic ones? How can you consistently substitute those thoughts in your thinking this week?
